General Notes

• Fees for services that have been carried out and delivered, or on which work has begun, are not refunded.
• You can submit a refund request, and it will be considered within 24 hours only from the date of the service request. Any request submitted to recover fees must be registered by sending it to the company's email [email protected] with the subject (Refund Request).
• The company will make the appropriate decision to refund the fees in the manner that suits it, and if approved, you will be notified within no more than 24 hours from the date of sending. The refund will be made within 30 days, with the client bearing all transfer losses.

Steps for Submitting a Refund Request

Without conflicting with the service's terms and conditions, you can submit a refund request by following these steps:

First: Writing the Required Data:

• Bank issuance number
• Form date

• Amount paid

Second: Writing the Request and the Reason for the Refund

The refund fees include the following:

• Refund of the fees.
• Deduction of a 7% refund commission.
• Deduction of the value of the work that has been completed.

Warranty

• We cannot guarantee that our services are completely error-free, and the existence of non-material errors will not be a breach of these terms.
• We will not be liable to you for any loss or damages resulting from a breach of these terms or arising from the provision of defective services. These losses include special, indirect or consequential damages.
• Our total aggregate liability for any losses you incur or claims you make against us shall not exceed 10 US dollars, because the basis of our work is quality and dedication in accordance with the agreement stipulated between us and you.

Security

• You agree to take your own precautions when using the internet to access our services. We are not responsible for any losses or damages that may arise and relate to your use of our services.
• We cannot guarantee the safety of any information you send to us, and any information you send to us is transmitted at your own risk.

Privacy

By using our services, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

Other Provisions:

• We guarantee you that we will abide by what you requested before the fees are transferred and work begins, according to the resources and capabilities available to us.
  Mohaseb Home guarantees you, according to its available capabilities, that it will carry out the work required of it within the specified period from the transfer of the work fees, as work begins as soon as the work fees are transferred.
• If the full work fees are not transferred, Mohaseb Home has the right to complete what it deems appropriate for the amount transferred.
  The services and offers provided by Mohaseb Home are only as agreed.
• Work is carried out based on what is written in the contract registered in the order on the site, and any new addition or other conditions beyond what was agreed will require us to re-study the project and increase the work fees.
• Mohaseb Home does not respond to any form of blackmail or threats, and in this case it is entitled to take all measures it deems appropriate.
  If a revision is requested, the requested revision is reviewed to ensure that it falls within the current order, and if it does not, the requested addition will be made in return for an additional fee.
