In addition, we guarantee that our work is free of plagiarism and of intellectual or technical theft, and we guarantee compliance with the clients' instructions and guidelines recorded in their order and in the agreement contract. Mohaseb Home encourages clients to review the guarantees and the terms and conditions of the service from time to time so that they are aware of any changes that may be made to them. Above All

We know in advance that you will be satisfied with the service. Our love for our work will reflect positively on you and on the result you receive, as confirmed by the periodic ratings we receive after delivering work to the client. If you receive work that differs from what was written in the contract, we will revise it at no additional cost. We will also give you a long period of up to 60 days to review the work, so that you have ample time for review and evaluation.

The Work Contract

We can guarantee your satisfaction with the service by writing a work contract, which we will abide by, and any work we provide outside the scope of the contract will be free of charge, while preserving your right to have what is written in the contract carried out. Mohaseb Home is the only party that writes the contract and stores it on its website, and it has an electronic system for the client's approval of the contract, designed and programmed since 2015.

Work Fee Refund Guarantee

Mohaseb Home provides a guarantee on the refund of work fees and gives its clients the right to request a refund at any stage of the work, as well as in the event that Mohaseb Home is unable to complete the work as required, in order to safeguard the public interest. Mohaseb Home also enjoys great satisfaction from its clients, and no client has ever requested a refund of the service fees transferred within the legally designated period of 24 hours.
